Description

“Ubu King” is a play by French playwright and poet Alfred Jari. Since being premiered in 1896, besides Miro, it has been taken up by Bonnard, Rouault, Picasso and Ernst.
He wrote the text by the theme of “King of the Ubu” by himself and this work title was derived from　Balearic Islands where his own atelier was.
